There are some things related to the cliché of photography that I always try to avoid. Among these is categorizing types of photography within well-defined genres. For me, “going around” means taking a camera and telling something through images. I don’t make a distinction whether it’s a single photo or a more elaborate story. There’s no difference if my subject is a landscape, a party, or an event. There’s also no difference if I use a compact camera or an interchangeable lens system.
The difference lies in always having something with me that allows me to take photos… and to tell stories.
