Workshop: the human figure in ambient light and artificial light
How many times in our lives do we photograph people?
And how often are we truly aware of what rules and what care we should adopt to make our photograph something more than just a souvenir photo?
What are the elements to highlight and which ones to hide? What is the best light and the most suitable focal length? What is the difference between a portrait and a close-up? What is the difference between ambient light, natural light, and artificial light?
How important is the psychological and empathetic aspect?
This Workshop aims to explain what it means and what to do when the immense and varied universe of the human being enters our frame, through an entire day dedicated to photography in one of the most evocative locations in Italy.

Program:
10:00 am: Meeting at the Palazzo Baronale di Calcata (Old Town).
to follow: Lesson on the main elements of photography with the human figure:
Composition, framing, ambient light and artificial light, basics of makeup and hairstyling with the intervention of industry professionals.
11:30 am: first photo session with female and male models indoors and outdoors in ambient and artificial light.
1:00 pm: lunch
2:30 pm: meeting to analyze the shots taken during the morning session.
3:00 pm: second photo session with female and male models indoors and outdoors in ambient and artificial light.
5:30 pm: analysis of the photographic works produced during the day and final conclusions.
6:00 pm: end of work.
